Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable under supervision.
  2. Record-Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, entries, and adjustments.
  3. Bank Reconciliation: Help with reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records.
  4. Document Processing: Prepare and process basic financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payments.
  5. Financial Reporting: Provide assistance in preparing financial summaries and reports as needed.
  6. Expense Tracking: Support monitoring and tracking expenses, budgets, and cash flow.
  7. Tax Compliance: Assist senior accountants in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  8. Audit Support: Provide basic support during audits and financial reviews by gathering requested documents.
  9. Regulatory Compliance: Learn and stay updated with relevant accounting standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of minimum experience in bookkeeping, and related internships is a plus but not mandatory.
