Financial Operations Specialist

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial backbone of our organization. Your primary focus will be on managing financial reporting, compliance, and audit preparation with meticulous attention to detail.
This role will involve preparing and reviewing financial statements, NAV reports, and regulatory filings while ensuring 100% compliance with accounting standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring timely reconciliations, and supporting valuation processes.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and review financial statements, NAV reports, and regulatory filings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Stay updated with SEBI requirements to maintain 100% compliance with accounting standards.
- Accounting Operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and events.
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of financial records and support valuation processes as needed.
- Audit & Coordination
- Partner with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Provide accurate and detailed documentation, reports, and insights during audits as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years in accounting, preferably within broking, mutual fund, or PMS environments.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory norms.
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
