Job Title: Service Engineer for Revenue Management

We are looking for a skilled professional to provide production support for Oracle Revenue Management, Receivables, and Intercompany processes. The role requires a blend of financial accounting knowledge and technical troubleshooting expertise to ensure revenue compliance and smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support revenue recognition and compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain revenue contracts, deferrals, allocations, and adjustments.
  • Provide support for receivables and invoicing, including AutoInvoice, receipts, collections, tax, and dunning.
  • Maintain intercompany processes, including invoicing, transfer pricing, netting, and balancing.
  • Support accounting and period close, including AR-GL reconciliations and revenue close.
  • Offer technical support for SQL, APIs, FBDI/ADFdi integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Handle compliance and audit requirements, including SOX, tax, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with Oracle support teams for MOS, SRs, patches, and quarterly updates.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Revenue Management, AR, and Intercompany.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting standards, including IFRS and GAAP.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, integrations, APIs, and Oracle Cloud tools.
  • Proven track record in production support and issue resolution.
