Job Opportunity: Telecom Project Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with robust experience in cloud engineering, DevOps methodologies, and embedded systems within the telecom sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project delivery teams, onboarding talented professionals, and ensuring successful project completions for diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple customer-driven telecom projects, focusing on delivering solutions utilizing cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
  • Oversee project timelines, scope, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered with high quality and meet client expectations.
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of specialists in software development, cloud solutions, and embedded systems, ensuring optimal team composition and performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
  • Implement best practices in cloud architecture and DevOps to enhance infrastructure and application deployment strategies specific to telecom environments.
  • Guide the team in adopting new technologies and methodologies to improve project outcomes.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication of project progress.
  • Proactively identify project risks and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management within the IT and telecom sectors, with a focus on cloud engineering, DevOps, and embedded systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including but not limited to 4G/5G networks, IoT, and network security.
  • Proficient in agile project management tools and methodologies.
