Job Title: Lease Team Leader

Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the daily functions of a lease abstraction team. This individual will report directly to a senior director and be responsible for managing local services, leading a team, and engaging with business leaders globally.

  • Manage local services, leadership, and people management of employees as part of a global delivery centre.
  • Engage with business leaders locally and globally to build and support the managed services team in India.
  • Drive integration and standardisation in India by working with service offering leadership to adopt policies, procedures, and training for teams.
  • Work with global and local leadership to ensure a common approach and manage resources and development.
  • Contribute vision and leadership to deliver technology initiatives in support of organisational growth.
  • Optimise solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across departments.

Requirements:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7 plus years' experience in lease abstraction or a related field and managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Manage projects by conducting regular meetings with the team and resolving issues and process improvement.
  • Responsible for training and onboarding new team members to develop the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire a team to achieve great things.
  • Polished skills in communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Collaborator with problem-solving skills and a client-centric focus.
  • Experience with other business SaaS offers a plus.
