Financial Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial operations across various regions, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with global standards.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of general ledger functions, including journal entry posting, account reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.
  • Develop and implement accurate and timely financial reporting systems in line with US GAAP and APAC accounting standards.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, maintaining inventory records and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with production teams to track costs and performance metrics, preparing consolidated financial statements and reports for portfolio companies.
  • Aid strategic decision-making by collecting and analyzing account information and trends, assisting with budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements, collaborating with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and tax filings.
  • Streamline accounting processes across both regions, implementing efficiency improvements and recommending process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CA / Inter CA's / CPA's preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central and QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Thorough understanding of US GAAP and familiarity with APAC accounting standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
