Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Professional to oversee our financial operations, ensuring efficient cash management and optimal liquidity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, specifically with experience in Mutual Funds or Banking.

  • Manage daily financial operations, including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor and manage the company's liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operational and payment needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial planning and forecasting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and mutual fund partners.
  • Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments in accordance with company policy.
  • Track and report on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Financial Operations / Fund Management.
  • Experience working in Mutual Funds, Banks, or Financial Institutions is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
