The Performance Marketing Strategist will own and drive all paid marketing efforts across platforms. This role requires deep technical expertise, sharp analytical skills, and proven experience in managing large-scale budgets in high-growth environments.

The individual will be responsible for strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms. They will lead budget planning, allocation, and ROI tracking with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.

The Performance Marketing Strategist will build and manage a high-quality performance marketing funnel, ensuring CAC, LTV, and payback period benchmarks are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end performance marketing function, planning and executing paid campaigns, and collaborating with creative, product, and data teams to drive conversion rate optimization and campaign impact.

Requirements include 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a fast-growing D2C brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing ad spends across multiple platforms, deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, and strong analytical skills.
