Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our plastics recycling facility in Bareilly, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Management:
    • Maintain close working relationships with facility teams and workers to ensure on-time delivery of consignments as per schedules.
    • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the aggregation, segregation, chipping, washing, QA, and QC of plastic waste streams.
    • Continuously improve SOPs to optimize performance based on Lean manufacturing principles and six sigma design processes.
  • Capacity Development:
    • Provide continuous capacity development and training to operation team members regarding operational efficiency, segregation, QA, and QC.
    • Conduct one-to-one capacity development sessions to strengthen operational efficiency in the centre, aligning with SOPs.
    • Improve supply chain and operational strategy through continuous innovation.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records and data related to workforce, health, safety, and environment compliance.
    • Log KPI data into our application to monitor performance.
    • Manage, monitor, and review centre operations periodically.
    • Ensure timely, concise, and accurate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis on prescribed formats and applications.

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure professionalism at all times and demonstrate exemplary prioritization of workload skills.
  • E nsure that company policies, SOPs, and protocols are being adhered to at all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality and security.
  • Be willing to travel frequently across India, sometimes at short notice, including other places as per need of the project or organization.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders and partners.
