Job Title

As a seasoned Recruitment Leader, you will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive recruitment strategy to identify, attract, retain, and develop top talent across various positions. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a recruitment strategy that aligns with business objectives and ensures the delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Designing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other channels.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to interview, select, and onboard new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Developing and maintaining a robust employer branding strategy to position our company as an employer of choice and enhance its reputation in the market.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports to track efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to recruitment and employment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in recruitment leadership roles, preferably in engineering, technology, or energy-related industries.
  • Proven expertise in strategic recruitment planning, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
