Job Title: Strategic Creative Leader

We are seeking a seasoned creative strategist to develop and deliver impactful marketing strategies and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation and growth through creative vision and strategic planning.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various industries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative pitches and campaigns
  • Lead strategic conversations to rethink and reimagine communication approaches
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor landscape to identify opportunities
  • Draw on diverse sources of insight to develop compelling creative concepts and narratives
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure effective communications and brand alignment

The successful candidate will have excellent presentation skills, a deep understanding of the industry, and experience working in a creative and/or strategy role. They will be able to translate complex data points into actionable marketing strategies and work effectively within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering creative briefs that inspire top-notch work
  • Working with internal and external creative teams to achieve great results
  • Having a deep knowledge of platform-specific trends and online marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience in a creative or strategy role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A deep understanding of content consumption, cadence, and optimization on social platforms
  • Experience translating research/data points into clear marketing strategies
