Job Description

We are seeking a visionary senior graphic designer to spearhead the creation of innovative and captivating visual experiences that elevate our brand's presence.

As a senior graphic designer, you will be responsible for leading the conceptualization, design, and execution of marketing and branding materials across digital, print, and social platforms. You will translate brand strategy into compelling visual stories that strengthen brand identity and engagement.

You will design and oversee brand guidelines, campaigns, packaging, social media creatives, and promotional assets. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality. You will also stay ahead of industry trends, design innovations, and emerging tools to keep the brand at the forefront of creativity.

Lastly, you will mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7–9 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in branding/marketing roles.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (NIFT, NID, or equivalent preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, campaigns, and marketing design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with emerging design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, motion design tools).
  • Excellent understanding of brand strategy, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing creatively with attention to detail.
