Job Title: Tendering Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Jr. Tender Engineer to join our team.

Location- Pune, India

Experience- 1-2 Years of experience in tender submissions and procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online/Offline Tender Submission of Various Government Departments
  • Preparing documents as per tender requirements
  • Telephonic and Written Communication with Clients regarding Tenders/ Works
  • Visits to Client's office for Tender Meetings, Documentation & Billing Process
  • Prepare Sales Order, Track progress of work & prepare reports
  • Aarrange Tender Fees, EMD, etc. for related tender, final tender documents, with checklist
  • Configure PC to submit tender successfully
  • Coordinate with tender agencies and purchasers
