About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Tender Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Tender Preparation and Management: Develop and submit high-quality bids, bank guarantees, and other tender documents in accordance with client requirements.
  • Portal Management: Manage the GeM portal, including creating categories, uploading products, and tendering.
  • Vendor Registration and Coordination: Liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
Key Requirements:
  • E-procurement Experience: Proven experience in e-procurement and tendering is essential for this role.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are required to succeed in this position.
  • Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is necessary.
