Job Title: IT Infrastructure Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business development and sales growth in the government and defence sectors across the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in government and defence sectors for hardware and IT solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with government officials, defence organizations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, tenders, and RFPs.
  • Stay updated on government procurement policies and IT hardware requirements.
  • Report sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in IT hardware sales.
  • Strong track record of handling government and defence clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions and procurement processes.
  • Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
