Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT infrastructure specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 2.5–3 years of experience in managing Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
  • Administer Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPOs), DHCP, and DNS.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Requirements:

\
  • 2.5–3 years of proven experience as an IT infrastructure specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience with DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and File Server Management.
  • Expertise in Office 365, G-Suite, Azure AD, Intune, MDM/MAM, Jamf.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN).
  • Experience in managing Fortinet firewalls.
  • Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
