Our organization is dedicated to producing high-quality ammunition. In this critical role, the Production and Quality Manager plays a pivotal part in ensuring our products meet exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems tailored to ammunition manufacturing, adhering to industry regulations and company best practices.
  • Conduct thorough audits and inspections across production stages, identifying potential quality issues and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze quality data to track performance and generate reports for management.
  • Identify root causes of quality issues, implement corrective actions, and work with cross-functional teams for effective resolution.
  • Train and mentor quality control personnel, promoting best practices and a culture of quality awareness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all quality control activities and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with management, production teams, and stakeholders regarding quality issues and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 14+ years of experience in ammunition manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and relevant industry standards.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
