As a strategic leader in Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for implementing quality standards across our applications, data, and development processes.

The Role

You will oversee the overall quality strategy, managing and refining software QA practices, defining and reporting on key performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining robust QA processes, including test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.
  • Championing Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices to integrate QA seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
  • Driving the adoption of automated testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of QA experience.
  • Strong experience with application, data, and API testing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience testing business solutions delivered on cloud-based models.
