**Job Description:**

We seek a seasoned professional to spearhead our revenue cycle management efforts. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for developing innovative strategies to enhance business delivery and ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities include establishing pilot A/R processes, devising strategies to optimize collections, and driving revenue growth and efficiency.

You will leverage your expertise in revenue cycle management and KPI standards to optimize insurance collection and achieve performance benchmarks.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of downstream revenue cycle offices, including Payment Posting, AR Follow-up/Denial Management, and Patient Billing.

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing 5-10 teams, are essential for success in this role.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are also required, with proficiency in creating weekly reports and dashboards for internal management and clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Minimum 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process and in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
  • Either currently working as Associate Director or minimum 2 years as Senior Manager.
  • Proven track record of handling a team of 150+.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including ability to organize and manage human resources to attain goals.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Expertise with MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
