Job Description:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and performance of our digital infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential system issues early, implement preventive measures, and boost system resilience.

You will also be responsible for automating processes by building tools, pipelines, and scripts that eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.

Solving complex problems at scale is another key aspect of this role, which involves participating in root cause analysis (RCA), driving corrective and preventive actions, and prioritizing improvements in the SRE backlog.

Optimizing system performance is essential, requiring expertise in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc., to strengthen infrastructure and services.

Mentorship and growth are important aspects of this role, involving sharing knowledge with peers, championing best practices, and pushing for innovation.

Lastly, continuously evolving and staying ahead of new technologies is crucial, adapting quickly, and helping shape the future of our IT systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.
