Job Title: Systems Reliability Expert

  • Play a highly critical operational role, applying software and systems engineering skills to develop and maintain distributed, real-time systems that serve key stakeholders.
  • Optimize system operations through automation and tooling, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Build technical components of a robust SRE program across multiple complex systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure changes align with measurable Service Level Objectives.
  • Monitor system capacity and performance, identifying potential bottlenecks and sources of instability.
  • Review and provide feedback on automation code developed by peers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, analyzing their impact on infrastructure and service operations.

What's Required:

  • 5-14 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong coding skills in Python, PowerShell; ability to comprehend C# and develop basic applications.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, cloud-based services (AWS), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Configuration Management (Ansible).
  • Experience with container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and ECS.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Commitment to high ethical standards.
