About This Role

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Executing incident, change management, and problem management processes effectively/li>
  • Designing and maintaining a robust application suite to meet development and maintenance requirements./li>
  • Providing consultation and direct technical support for life cycle planning, problem management, integration, and systems programming/li>
  • Engaging with teams to address failure patterns and participate in incident management./li>
  • Continuously improving and implementing automation of applications tasks/li>

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or industry certification in an applicable IT field, along with 3 years of experience in designing, administering, or supporting one or more platforms;/li>
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer/li>
  • Experience with ops automation using a scripting language such as Python or Ansible/li>
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering theories and methodologies,/li>
  • Performance Measurement and Tuning: Knowledge of system performance, testing, and programming;/li>
  • CI/CD Pipeline: Knowledge of concepts, values, and tools applied in building Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipeline;/li>
  • Software Release Management: Knowledge of strategies, practices, and tools for managing versions and distribution of software products and enhancements;/li>
  • Application Maintenance: Knowledge of production applications;/li>

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred/li>
  • Experience with VMWare VDI implementations would be beneficial/li>
  • Experience with Dynatrace APM and synthetic monitoring would also be advantageous/li>
