We are seeking a highly skilled Digital & Social Media Manager to lead and integrate our digital marketing ecosystem.

As a Digital & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing analysts focused on performance, reputation, and social media execution.

You will collaborate with the content and community teams on daily and campaign-level initiatives, requiring a deep understanding of content workflows, platform dynamics, analytics dashboards, and growth strategies.

Key responsibilities include setting weekly priorities, clear timelines, and quality benchmarks across publishing, reporting, and lead tracking.

Additionally, you will review and synthesize key digital metrics, approve platform-wide publishing schedules based on performance trends and brand goals, and conduct research to support the content team.

Other responsibilities include collaborating on social experiments, tracking results, and staying up-to-date with competitor digital behavior.

Required skills and qualifications include ~4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media operations, or growth management.

Strong working knowledge of content workflows, analytics dashboards, and web performance tools is essential, as well as proven ability to collaborate across marketing, content, and leadership teams.

Able to ask why something is working or not, and act based on real data, this individual must possess insight-led decision making skills.
