Job Title: Influencer Marketing SpecialistDescription:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead our fitness influencer partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to develop high-impact collaborations that drive brand awareness, credibility, and conversions within the fitness community.

  • This role involves developing and executing a robust influencer marketing strategy aligned with our brand goals, ensuring strong ROI and business impact.
  • You will build a roadmap for scaling influencer collaborations and lead a team of influencer marketing executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fitness creator ecosystem and be able to identify and onboard high-impact influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand advocacy.
  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with influencers, ensuring authenticity and sustained engagement.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of influencer-driven campaigns, from ideation to launch.
  • Set KPIs for influencer collaborations, tracking performance metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Present performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • 2-8 years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong network and relationships within the fitness creator ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale influencer campaigns with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
