We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create high-quality documentation that accurately reflects our products and services.
This role involves defining target audiences and writing technically accurate documentation, as well as documenting new features and maintaining existing documentation versions.
- Define target audience and write technically accurate documentation that conforms to industry standards.
- Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions, including user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technical documentation with a focus on clarity, completeness, accuracy, and usability.
- Obtain product information from various sources, including agile meetings, specifications, supplemental material, and discussions with subject matter experts.
- Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong English writing skills.
- Knowledge of documentation standards and best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Good decision-making and planning skills.
- High attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Jira/Confluence.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
