Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage ticketing operations during the night shift.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in airline ticketing, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ticket Management: Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets, handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements, and monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.
  • Customer Support: Offer customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift, assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies, and ensure accurate data entry and booking processes.
  • Inter-Agency Coordination: Work closely with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations, update clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies, and maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) with certification an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup.
