Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled team leader with strong technical and communication skills, who possesses proven experience in handling support tasks, frontend issue resolution, and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand, analyze, and prioritize frontend-related support tickets to ensure timely resolution and high-quality support delivery.
  • Distribute tasks to team members based on skillset and urgency to ensure efficient workflow.

Technical Expertise

  • Provide hands-on support for issues related to HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and WordPress, utilizing knowledge of code structure and syntax.
  • Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues efficiently, applying analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Assist team members with complex problems and provide technical guidance, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a small team of frontend support executives, guiding them in their professional development and growth.
  • Monitor progress and provide performance feedback to ensure adherence to processes and quality standards.

Client Communication

  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide updates, ensuring clear and professional correspondence.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and providing solutions.

Required Skills

  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery, including knowledge of web development principles.
  • Proficiency in WordPress (themes & plugins), including customization and optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability, including critical thinking and decision-making.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets, ensuring efficient resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in team coordination and task delegation, including leadership and mentoring.
  • Knowledge of basic PHP, including syntax and functionality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a support or ticket-based environment, including knowledge of ticket management systems.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) is a plus, including familiarity with libraries and tools.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Jira, or Zoho, including integration and automation.
