Optimise Account Management Team Leader

Are you a sales performance expert looking to lead a dynamic team? We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Account Management Lead to join our Optimise team at Taboola.
As a Strategic Account Management Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing a portfolio of existing global accounts. With a focus on data-driven decision making, you will use your excellent communication skills to explain the value proposition of optimisations to clients and prioritise your time effectively to achieve set goals.
We are looking for a leader who is hungry to build on initial sales experience and learn the ins-and-outs of the sales process, from prospecting to closing. Your ability to effectively prioritise and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.
Key skills and qualifications for this role include:
- Excellent business-level English communication
- Effective client handling with at least 3-4 years client-facing experience in sales or account management capacity
- Proficiency with data analytics tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and adapt to ever-evolving situations
As a Strategic Account Management Lead at Taboola, you will be responsible for:
- Utilising data analytics tools to analyse sales performance and generate comprehensive dashboard reports
- Identifying upsell opportunities and offering guidance to direct reports to achieve their goals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency
