Job Description

We seek a dynamic and experienced business leader to manage and run our business on behalf of the founders.

  • Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to achieve business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement a long-term strategic vision for the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive innovation within the company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
  • Implement and manage robust business processes to enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of corporate governance.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Edutech industry, with proven experience in running organizations, handling teams, and driving business growth.

Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in leadership role. Preferable Edutech
  • End to end ownership with an action-based 'get it done' vs. 'wait for someone' attitude
  • Entrepreneurial mindset in finding unique ways to achieve speed and scale in sales
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success as a Business head/general manager
  • Should have a rich experience in Client Interface with CIOs/CTOs and Sales Heads

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
