Strategic Business Partnership Opportunity

As a visionary leader, you have the unique opportunity to partner with our Managing Director in driving growth and transformation at a pioneering high-technology manufacturing company.

This role is designed for an ambitious individual who aspires to grow into a strategic leadership position, making meaningful contributions to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the MD in planning, decision-making, and follow-through on key projects.
  • Evaluate and drive strategic initiatives, business expansion, and partnerships that propel the company forward.
  • Coordinate and track progress across departments: R&D, Sales, Manufacturing, Service.
  • Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, including Board Members, Investors, CXOs, Clients, Vendors.
Requirements:
  • Technical Background: Engineer (Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical) from a reputable institution.
  • Management Orientation: MBA or strong business acumen and analytical ability.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar strategic operational consulting leadership support role.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, strong analytical/problem-solving mindset, high level of confidentiality, integrity, and ownership, tech-savvy, and adaptable to new tools and technologies.
