Lead Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical Lead Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for data analysis and machine learning, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in working with Flask-based APIs for backend development
  • Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • High proficiency in using Python/Spark, Hadoop platforms, Tableau, SQL, NoSQL, SAS or R
  • Experience in using services like Azure, Databricks, AWS, Snowflake
  • Proficient with Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scipy, Web Scraping, Data Structures, Sklearn, NLP, Deep Learning
  • Strong mathematical and statistical skills
  • Experience deploying scalable ML solutions on AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge of Pytorch/Tensorflow, Kubernetes, Docker
  • Experience with the LLM stack (Langchain, Langsmith, Uptrain, Llamaindex, haystack) and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, opensearch)
