Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Economic Impact Delivery team. This role is responsible for advanced data analysis, forecasting, and generating high-quality reporting to support strategic business and customer insights.

The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker who thrives on solving complex problems, communicates effectively with non-technical stakeholders, and can take initiative across multiple projects.

This role involves using various software tools to perform data analysis, create visualizations, and derive insights.

The Senior Data Analyst will be working closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into data specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a senior data analysis, business intelligence, or similar role.
  • Proven experience in a senior analyst role, demonstrating expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Strong command and proficiency in data visualization.
  • Able to recognize data patterns.
  • Able to simultaneously handle data projects at a time.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team of analysts.
  • Must be detailed and results-oriented with excellent skills for data analysis.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to distill complex information into clear, business-focused insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent data projects and deadlines.
  • Proven track record of taking initiative, improving processes, and influencing outcomes.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data modeling.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data querying techniques.
  • Proficiency with MS Windows based applications including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint required.
