Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to leverage their expertise in designing and delivering intuitive reports using Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS/Paginated Reports. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience working in a remote mode, providing intelligent reporting and insights within the scope of companies, contacts, opportunities, and interactions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design visually compelling reports tailored to the data requirements of the business.
  • Establish effective relationships with business and technology partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and requirements-gathering discussions with cross-functional teams.
  • Integrate data from multiple systems to provide comprehensive perspectives and data-driven narratives for business stakeholders.
  • Develop robust data models to enhance report performance and streamline report development.
  • Create interactive visualizations that provide actionable insights and drive business value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and delivering intuitive reports using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Relevant experience in private equity or finance preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI (Power Query and DAX), data modeling, and advanced visualization techniques.
  • Experience with Report Builder for designing and creating SSRS/Paginated Reports.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and optimizing queries.
  • Relevant experience with Microsoft cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks).
  • Experience with Python data transformation tools and libraries.
