Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer

Business intelligence solutions are crucial for data-driven decision-making. As a skilled Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing business intelligence solutions that cater to the needs of various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, interactive dashboards, and reports that support strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
  • Utilize your expertise in data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse concepts to connect, import, and transform large datasets from various sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.).
  • Optimize data models for performance and scalability to ensure efficient data analysis and visualization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized business intelligence solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security within Power BI reports by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures.
  • Manage Power BI Service workspaces, apps, and permissions to ensure seamless data access and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI/Data Visualization role.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, Power BI Service).
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse concepts.
  • Knowledge of Excel and other BI/analytics tools is mandatory.
