We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Developer with 2 - 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into meaningful insights using modern BI tools and Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.

- Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting systems.

- Work with data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) for scalable BI infrastructure.

- Monitor and troubleshoot BI tools and ensure high availability and performance.

- Develop documentation and user guides for BI solutions.

- Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting needs from different Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 2- 5 years of experience in BI development or data analysis roles.

- Strong expertise in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.

- Experience in ETL processes and working with large datasets.

- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and OLAP concepts.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a plus.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication to Have :

- Exposure to Python/R for data analysis and scripting.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
