Sales and Account Development Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled Sales & Demo Executive or Business Development Executive to join our team at ACCOMATION in Ahmedabad.
About the CompanyACCOMATION is a forward-thinking startup founded with the vision of solving inefficiencies in the accounting industry. Our innovative technology helps businesses enhance their accounting processes, save time, and reduce errors.
About the RoleThis role is all about generating leads, presenting our solutions to potential clients, and driving the sales process from start to finish.
You'll play a key part in creating lasting relationships with customers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Conducting product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identifying business opportunities and qualifying leads.
- Managing the sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product implementation.
- Staying updated on product offerings and industry trends.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A groomed, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work onsite in Ahmedabad.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on meeting sales targets.
If you have any of the following skills or experience, it would be a bonus:
- Experience working in a SaaS company or a similar technology-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Tally and accounting concepts.
- Previous experience in product demos or technical sales presentations.
- A background in accounting or finance can be an added advantage.
