Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager for Hotel Sales will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our hotel's presence in the market. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and delivering exceptional results through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the corporate, MICE, wedding, and travel trade segments.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through tailored solutions and services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely communication with clients.
  • Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Develop persuasive proposals, quotations, and contracts that showcase the hotel's unique value proposition and exceed client expectations.
  • Industry Insights and Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 2-4 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality-related sales roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Network and Relationships: Strong network of corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM systems, with fluency in English and additional languages an advantage.
