- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the corporate, MICE, wedding, and travel trade segments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through tailored solutions and services.
- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely communication with clients.
- Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Develop persuasive proposals, quotations, and contracts that showcase the hotel's unique value proposition and exceed client expectations.
- Industry Insights and Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 2-4 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality-related sales roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Network and Relationships: Strong network of corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM systems, with fluency in English and additional languages an advantage.
