Assistant Manager - Sales

Ahmedabad, Gujarat . The ideal candidate will be responsible for

promoting and generating revenue

for Mana Hotels by meeting predefined sales targets. This will involve

identifying and engaging with potential customers, corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and tour operators

across various cities in Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation:

Achieve sales targets by actively promoting Mana Hotels and increasing bookings.
Market Development:

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in Gujarat.
Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key stakeholders.
Sales Visits & Networking:

Conduct regular sales visits to potential customers across Gujarat, presenting hotel offerings and packages.
Negotiations & Closures:

Effectively negotiate rates, packages, and contracts to close deals.
Promotional Activities:

Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Reporting & Analysis:

Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitive analysis to the management.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience:

2-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within Gujarat.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
