Marketing Strategy Leader

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our BPO marketing efforts. With a strong background in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, you will be responsible for market research, data analysis, campaign coordination, and leading digital marketing efforts to drive growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that drive results.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes relevant to BPO services.
  • Analyze marketing data and ROI metrics to interpret campaign performance and inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate diverse marketing activities across various channels to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Manage social media and digital marketing efforts, translating strategic goals into tactical execution with digital marketing teams.
  • Assist in content creation and development of promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a strategic marketing role (e.g., Marketing Consultant, Marketing Manager).
  • Demonstrable experience in deriving and implementing successful, multi-channel marketing strategies from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and experience promoting services such as accounting/bookkeeping, tax, audit assistance, or data analytics.
  • Significant experience and exposure in coordinating with digital marketing teams to translate strategy into tactical execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and ROI metrics to guide decision-making.
