We're seeking a strategic marketing professional with a strong background in BPO marketing, particularly within professional services like accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or audit assistance. This full-time role requires a seasoned marketer with at least 5 years of experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies from the ground up.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for market research, data analysis, campaign coordination, and leading digital marketing efforts to drive growth. You will support the marketing team in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in deriving and implementing successful, multi-channel marketing strategies from the ground up. They will also have a strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and experience promoting services such as accounting/bookkeeping, tax, audit assistance, or data analytics.

We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate complex ideas to senior leadership and technical teams. A degree in Marketing would be an asset but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing team in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes relevant to BPO services.
  • Analyze marketing data and ROI metrics to interpret campaign performance, guiding decision-making and optimizing future strategies.
  • Coordinate diverse marketing activities across various channels to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Manage social media and digital marketing efforts, translating strategic goals into tactical execution with digital marketing teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a strategic marketing role (e.g., Marketing Consultant, Marketing Manager).
  • Demonstrable experience in deriving and implementing successful, multi-channel marketing strategies from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and experience promoting services such as accounting/bookkeeping, tax, audit assistance, or data analytics.
  • Significant experience and exposure in coordinating with digital marketing teams to translate strategy into tactical execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and ROI metrics to guide decision-making.
