Job Responsibilities

  • Supporting the marketing roadmap by analyzing market trends and consumer behavior
  • Assisting in product development aligned with business goals and objectives
  • Conducting primary and secondary market research to stay ahead of the competition
  • Developing product concepts and working with cross-functional teams to bring them to life
  • Executing marketing plans and improving processes to enhance efficiency
  • Coordinating product launches, campaigns, and agencies to create buzz and drive sales
  • Creating briefs for packaging, creative, and digital projects to ensure consistency and excellence

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree with minimum 4 years of experience in Brand Management preferably in FMCG industry
  • Strong functional marketing knowledge across brand communication, activation, consumer insights, and new product development
  • 'Get the job done' mindset with high initiative and ownership
  • Creativity, passion, flexibility, and persistence to drive results
  • Effective communication, presentation, and MS office skills to collaborate with teams
