Marketing Operations Role

This role focuses on enhancing our online marketing effectiveness through the ownership and maintenance of our website, micro-sites, and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to maintain our online assets.
  • Optimize assets for core web vitals, scalability, and validate user inputs.
  • Maintain accurate change logs and documentation.
  • Identify operational and tactical risks and develop strategic solutions.
  • Collaborate with the global product marketing team to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Coordinate marketing webinars and provide live back-end support.
  • Develop workflows by coordinating with cross-functional departments across time zones.
Requirements:
  • Computer Applications degree or relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of front-end development experience.
  • Proficient programming skills and understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs.
  • Strong UI understanding and knowledge of cross-browser compatibility.
  • Basic SEO knowledge is a plus.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple fast-moving projects.
  • Able to develop ideas with focus on details and big picture.
  • Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and understanding of the marketing funnel.
  • Highly motivated individual with an energetic spirit and ability to work well with diverse teammates.
