  • Our organization seeks a highly skilled Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the distributor network in driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with distributors, negotiating and closing deals while ensuring proper documentation and statutory compliance.
  • Setting sales targets for primary and secondary markets, including the number of retail stores to be opened every month, and achieving these goals for each distributor.
  • Managing sales to distributors and further to retail stores to achieve sales targets through both direct retailing and sales resources.
  • Coordinating distributor invoicing and timely dispatch through the company, as well as collecting and managing distributor outstanding payments.
  • Monitoring distributor inventory and SKUs, ensuring daily sales reports, weekly inventory & sales reports, and monthly sales vs achievement reports with distributor ageing.
  • Directly responsible for opening and servicing A+ category retail outlets, ensuring model mix and placement of focused products.
  • Monitoring and training the sales team to deliver targeted results by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and inventory reports, as well as reporting competition activity to senior management.
  • Implementing effective sales promotions and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
