Job Description:

Our Apple Retail Stores in India are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill a Temporary Contract as a Specialist for six months. This is an exceptional opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating an engaging experience for our customers.

We are looking for a team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple customers at the same time. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about Apple products and services and have excellent communication skills to personalize solutions based on customer needs.

The role involves delivering excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products. Additionally, the successful candidate will understand and stay up-to-date on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Understand and stay up-to-date on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
  • Support peers throughout the store as needed by sharing knowledge about Apple's products, services, and purchase options.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Apple products and services.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple customers at the same time.
  • Have excellent communication skills to personalize solutions based on customer needs.
  • Be a team player with a willingness to learn and share knowledge with others.
