Retail Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Unlocking actionable insights from complex datasets to inform strategic business decisions
  • Developing and implementing data visualization tools to enhance stakeholder understanding
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy data-driven solutions
  • Mentoring teams on data interpretation, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making
  • Creating standardized frameworks and methodologies for team members to independently analyze and interpret data

You will work closely with business stakeholders to:

  • Develop data literacy programs tailored to different organizational levels and functional areas
  • Design self-service analytics guidelines and best practices for non-technical users
  • Foster a data-driven culture that promotes informed decision making

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field
  • MBA or Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics consulting in retail
  • Proven track record of translating data insights into successful business strategies
