Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

The company is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage, monitor, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mac OS, Linux, and Windows in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain macOS-based desktops and laptops including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure and deploy Apple devices using tools like Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Mobile Device Management (Jamf Pro).
  • Administer software deployment tools for software installation, updates, and licensing management.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience administering Mac OS, Linux, and Windows in a professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of macOS/Windows architecture, DataCenter, Patching, AWS, networking, scripting languages, Asset Management, Hardware/Software management, and other Mac management tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and system integration techniques.
