We are currently seeking a skilled professional for a 6-month temporary contract as a Specialist. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service, identifying ownership opportunities, and educating customers on Apple products and services.
This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple customers simultaneously, and collaborating with the store team to provide personalized solutions. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Apple products and services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering outstanding service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, presenting products and services, and educating them on relevant ways to buy products.
- Staying up-to-date on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
- Supporting peers throughout the store by sharing knowledge about Apple products and services, and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
- Performing other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Demonstrating knowledge of Apple products and services.
- Personalizing solutions based on customer needs, and effectively communicating them.
