
High Customer Satisfaction Technology Leader

This position is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive technology solutions that deliver high customer satisfaction. As a Technology Lead, you will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, create and review designs, and ensure the architecture meets their needs.
You will also participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, and perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. Additionally, you will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables and adhere to organizational guidelines and processes.
This role requires a strong understanding of Java technologies, including Apache, Core Java, and Springboot. You should have knowledge of more than one technology, architecture and design fundamentals, testing tools, agile methodologies, and project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
Preferred skills include knowledge of Apache, Core Java, and Springboot. Additional responsibilities include knowledge of business domain to understand business requirements, analytical abilities, strong technical skills, good communication skills, and ability to demonstrate sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modelling methods.
Educational Requirements include Master Of Engineering, Master Of Technology, Bachelor Of Computer Science, Bachelor of Engineering, and Bachelor Of Technology.
