This role plays a vital part in ensuring that store processes are followed and stock availability is maintained. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing revenue per footfall by assisting customers with their purchasing decisions, achieving profitability targets, and minimizing losses from theft and waste.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of store processes and documentation
- Engage with customers to increase revenue per footfall
- Achieve financial targets and maximize return on investment
- Minimize losses from theft and waste
- Foster positive relationships with customers and staff
- Relevant degree and strong business management skills
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in retail industry store management or customer relationship management
