SAP is seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Technical Account Manager. This role will provide you with the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to deliver value to our customers.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on technical and business topics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT industry with SAP technology and ecosystem.
- Strong technical skills in areas such as datacenter migration, process affinity, and solid know-how on SAP technology stack.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and add value to customers and organization.
